For PRE-REGISTRATION, A MINIMUM 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
ALL FEES ARE DUE AT SIGN-IN.

There is limited space for outside vending.

Two passes for the rally are included with the vending fees. Additional passes are $15.00 per person.

No part of your setup may extend purchased space. This includes tent tie downs, trailer hitches, campers, canopies, etc. Bring minimum 100’ all-weather heavy duty extension cord. We will not furnish extension cords.

Rules:
1. Accept Location Assigned. Locations will be assigned on a first paid first serve basis. SEG reserves the right to refuse any vendor
2. Remove vehicles from site at designated times.
3. You are responsible for any North Carolina sales tax and any City of Salemburg permits.
4. All vendors are responsible for the clean-up on their immediate area daily or as
needed.
5. MAY NOT sell any food or Beverages. (Unless you are an approved food vendor)
6. NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason, any cancellation, removal for cause,
Or act of God.
7. Failure to abide by rules will result in removal from event and all fees will be
Forfeited.
8. No exclusions will be granted. (We will limit certain items, so get your applications in early.)
9. Two weekend passes per spot purchased. Additional passes must be purchased for $15 each. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. For equipment dealer only: Any goods that are going to be displayed in front of your booth( I.E. MOTORCYCLES.)must be at least 15’ from your frontage. Only these vendors with expresses Advance permission may have displays in front of their vending area.
11. If you need a 30 amp power or need power for an RV you must bring a generator if not included in vending space.
12. Running water is available at site. Please check with us rather than assume the setup is what you’ll need. You must bring suitable containers to handle your grey, black water and grease. A pump truck will be on premises.
13. One 20 amp outlet will be provided for outside vending area.(Where Applicable).
